About Strategic Materials

An advanced materials platform modernizing industrial treatment and separation — replacing legacy chemical architectures with capital-efficient, operationally simplified alternatives.

Our Story
Ten Years of Development.
Two Platforms Ready to Deploy.

Strategic Materials consolidates Vox and Framergy under unified governance and IP ownership — built to solve the trace-to-medium sulfur treatment gap where incumbent technologies impose the highest cost-per-unit-treated.

Our parent company Vapor Point originally investigated MOFs for greenhouse gas capture, which led to Vox sulfur treatment technology as the team searched for solutions to mercaptan removal from gasoline blend stocks.

The first commercial Vox field test went online January 2026. Framergy has early commercial revenue with Oxy, Mann+Hummel, Pall Corporation, and others.
